Maceration of juniper berries and 14 other aromatic plants in a grain alcohol from the lands of France. 9 months of aging in Chardonnay barrels from a prestigious Puligny estate. Steam distillation. Cap of navy blue wax.
Tasting notes
Closer to the terroir and winemakers with whom we work, we have selected a Chardonnay from Burgundy. This Gin completes the Special Cask series. We worked this Gin like the great wines: a 10-month aging in Puligny-Montrachet barrels offers golden reflections, raises the notes of citrus on the nose and gives it a delicious vanilla frame as well as a beautiful roundness in the finish.

C'est une macération de baies de genièvre et de 14 autres plantes aromatiques dans un alcool de grain issu des terres de France.
Nous avons travaillé ce Gin comme les grands vins. Un élevage
de 9 mois en fût de Chardonnay d’un prestigieux domaine de Puligny.
Distillation à la vapeur.
