Barrel Gin

As close as possible to the terroir and the winemakers we work with, we selected a Burgundy Chardonnay barrel.

This gin is crafted through the maceration of juniper berries and 14 other aromatic botanicals in grain alcohol sourced from French farmland.

We have treated this gin like a great wine, aging it for 9 months in a Chardonnay barrel from a prestigious estate in Puligny.
