Ageing of 6 months in Chardonnay cask then 4 months in American Whiskey from Tennessee. Bottles number- ed by hand. Steam distillation. Wax cap placed by hand. 
 
Tasting notes 
 
Cluster is better than grain. This short ageing in Tennessee barrels brings all the aromas of American whiskey to the finesse of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Burgundy. A very special silky leaves room for a beautiful sweetness typical of Tennessee whiskey.
