Very Old Fine - Finish Pineau Cask 
 
Steam distillation - Very limited edition - Hand numbered - Steam distillation - 2015 vintage.
 
Brandy of pinot noir and chardonnay wine lees. Origin 100% Burgundy. 7 years aging in small barrels of Burgundy oak. Finish of 6 months in Pineau cask. Wax cap placed by hand, red color. 
 
The passage of our very old fine in a Pineau des Charentes cask brings it a light natural sweetness but also notes of fresh grape juice. The aromas of confit grapes then come in gourmandise.
