Very limited edition Very Old Fine de Bourgogne with Rivesaltes Cask Finish Eau-de-vie made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine lees, 100% Burgundy origin. Aged for 7 years in small Burgundy oak barrels. Finished for 6 months in a Rivesaltes cask. Steam distillation.
Palate: Aging our very old Fine in a Rivesaltes cask imparts a subtle, natural sweetness along with a pronounced vinous character.
Finish: The gentle almond notes coat the palate at the end of the tasting.
