Very limited edition - Very old Fine - Finish Rivesaltes Cask - Steam distillation - Hand numbered - 2015 vintage
Brandy of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine lees. Origin 100% Burgundy. 7 years aging in small Burgundian oak barrels. Finish of 6 months in Rivesaltes cask. Cap of wax put to hand, red color.
Tasting note
The passage of our very old fine in a Rivesaltes barrel brings it a light and fine natural sweetness as well as a frank wine frame. The sweetness of the almond comes to line the mouth at the end of tasting.
