Very Old Fine de Bourgogne aged for 9 years in small Burgundy oak barrels (ex-Chardonnay).
2nd Fill Peated Islay Bourbon Cask Finish edition. Cask strength.
Steam distillation.

• Nose: Light peat and dark chocolate, with notes of pear, tarragon, green curry, cigar, and peppermint, evolving into vanilla and long pepper.
• Palate: Intensely peated, with toasted almond, pear, and citrus notes developing into an ashy character.
• Finish: Long and persistent, with smoky, peaty, and fruity notes.
