«Vieille Fine de Bourgogne». Eaux de Vies from wine lees
of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay 100% Bourguignon.
7 years of aging in small barrels of Bourguignon oak.
Finish was Cognac. Wax headdress laid by hand,
white colour. Steam distillation.

Nose powerful and round, aromas of fruit walls first then pleasant finish rum-raisin. On the palate, SAB’s - La Fine has a rich and mellow mouth and velvety grain. We are under the charm of its woody aromas mixing roasting and exotic woods! The final is persistent and precise.

Steam distillation.

Maceration of juniper berries and 14 other plants
Aromatic in a grain alcohol from the lands of France. Addition of eaux-de-vie from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir de Bourgogne. 3 months of rest in stainless steel tank. Cap of wax laid by hand, blue color.

Tasting notes

Rich and nuanced nose, juniper spiced by spices, ginger and lemongrass, then a pleasant bouquet of wine notes. On the palate, SAB’s le Gin - Attack of botanical aromas, fresh and fruity with a hint of spice. Beautiful round wine and long mouth. The wine nobility of SAB’s Gin is expressed in pure tasting but also in cocktails.
