- 1 bottle of Williams Pear Eau-de-Vie – 50 cl – 46% ABV
- Maceration of juniper berries and 14 other aromatic botanicals in grain alcohol sourced from French farmland.
Addition of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir eaux-de-vie from Burgundy, steam-distilled in our small copper still.
A minimum of 3 months resting in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Rich and nuanced, with juniper enhanced by spices, ginger, and lemongrass, followed by a pleasant bouquet of citrus and a finish with vinous notes.Palate: A fresh and fruity burst of botanical aromas, with a subtle touch of spice.
Finish: Beautiful vinous roundness and a long-lasting palate.

Blue wax sealVery Old Marc de Bourgogne AOC, a Pinot Noir grape eau-de-vie, 100% Burgundy origin.
Aged for 7 years in small Burgundy oak barrels.
Finished for 6 months in Cognac casks.
Steam distillation.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Rich and dense, with powerful notes of fruit and grape juice at first, followed by fresh wood and sap on the finish.Palate: A crisp, full-bodied, and woody character.
Finish: Very long, indulgent finish with notes of vanilla and licorice.

Orange wax sealVery Old Fine de Bourgogne AOC, Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée “Vieille Fine de Bourgogne.”
Eau-de-vie made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine lees, 100% Burgundy origin.
Aged for 8 years in small Burgundy oak barrels. Finished in Cognac casks.
Steam distillation.
Unfiltered to preserve the full range of aromas; natural sediment may be present.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Powerful and round, with aromas of ripe fruit followed by a pleasant rum-and-raisin finish.Palate: Rich and smooth, with a velvety texture. You’ll be captivated by its woody aromas blending toasted notes and exotic woods.
Finish: Persistent and precise.

Eau-de-vie made from Williams pears from Southern Burgundy, stemmed and cored to retain only the fruit.
Steam distillation.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Powerful, revealing perfectly ripe pear, a burst of fresh fruit notes, followed by hints of pepper and a long vanilla finish.Palate: A distinctive, clean, and straightforward spirit, beautifully crafted and maintaining a perfect balance between structure and aromatic purity through to the finish.
