Addition of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir eaux-de-vie from Burgundy, steam-distilled in our small copper still.
A minimum of 3 months resting in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Rich and nuanced, with juniper enhanced by spices, ginger, and lemongrass, followed by a pleasant bouquet of citrus and a finish with vinous notes.
Palate: A fresh and fruity burst of botanical aromas, with a subtle touch of spice.
Finish: Beautiful vinous roundness and a long-lasting palate.
