Eau-de-vie made from Williams pears from Southern Burgundy, stemmed and cored to retain only the fruit.

Steam distillation.

• Nose: Powerful, revealing perfectly ripe pear, a burst of fresh fruit notes, followed by hints of pepper and a long vanilla finish.
• Palate: A distinctive, clean, and straightforward spirit, beautifully crafted and maintaining a perfect balance between structure and aromatic purity through to the finish.
