Pink Gin

Maceration of juniper berries and 14 other aromatic botanicals in organic grain alcohol sourced from French farmland.

Addition of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir eaux-de-vie from Burgundy.

A minimum of 3 months resting in stainless steel tanks.

Finished for 15 days in a Moscatel cask.

Steam distillation.

• Nose: Rich and nuanced, with juniper enhanced by spices, ginger, and lemongrass, followed by an elegant bouquet of vinous notes.
• Palate: Pink Gin opens with fresh and fruity botanical aromas, complemented by a delicate floral touch.
• Finish: The sweetness of the Moscatel brings roundness and finesse to the palate.

The vinous nobility of the Gin is beautifully expressed both when enjoyed neat and in cocktails.
