Burgundy Junipers Finish en Fût de Moscatel
 
Product presentation 

Maceration of juniper berries and 14 other aromatic plants in an organic grain alcohol from the lands of France. Addition of eaux-de-vie from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir de Bourgogne. 3 months minimum rest in stainless steel vats. Finish in Moscatel casks for 15 days. Steam distillation. 
Wax cap, pink.

Tasting notes

Rich and nuanced nose, juniper spiced by spices, ginger and lemongrass, then a pleasant bouquet of wine notes. On the palate, Rose Gin offers an attack of botanical aromas, fresh and fruity with a floral touch. The sweetness of moscatel brings a lot of roundness and finesse in the mouth.
The wine nobility of Gin is expressed in pure tasting but also in cocktails.
