Very Old Marc de Bourgogne AOC – Pinot Noir grape eau-de-vie, 100% Burgundy origin.
Aged for 7 years in small Burgundy oak barrels.
Finished for 6 months in Cognac casks.
Steam distillation.- Nose: Rich and dense, with powerful notes of fruit and grape juice at first, followed by fresh wood and sap on the finish.
- Palate: Crisp, full-bodied, and woody.
- Finish: Very long, indulgent finish with vanilla and licorice notes.
