Eaux de vie from 100% Pinot Noir bourguignon grapes.
7 years of aging in small barrels of Bourguignon oak. Finish 6 months in Cognac cask. Steam distillation.
Wax cap, orange color.

Rich and dense nose, strong notes of fruit and grape juice first, fresh wood and sap in the finish. On the palate, Le Marc has a crunchy and ample taste, woody at first then comes a very long vanilla and licorice finish while greedy...
