«Gueek Alert! » Very old Marc de Bourgogne aged 8 years in small oak cask Bourguignon ex-chardonnay. Finish in Mezcal cask. Brut of cask. Very limited edition. Bottles numbered by hand. Steam distillation. Wax cap placed by hand.
Tasting notes
Marc is the new Mezcal. The nose is deliciously complex. The walnut and then the grape are stopped by the beautiful smoke of this very specific spirit: Mezcal. The mouth is rich on a hint of olive and macadam. A touch of fleur de sel then gives way to a long finish on smoked spices and a touch of fresh and peppery.

Finish en fût de Mezcal. Brut de fût.
Distillation à la vapeur.
