Tasting notes
 
Marc is the new Mezcal. The nose is deliciously complex. The walnut and then the grape are stopped by the beautiful smoke of this very specific spirit: Mezcal. The mouth is rich on a hint of olive and macadam. A touch of fleur de sel then gives way to a long finish on smoked spices and a touch of fresh and peppery.
