The Rataf

Ratafia is the perfect harmony between the sweet softness of the fruit and the strength of distilled spirits.

Our version is the result of blending fresh Aligoté grape juice from Meursault with a Fine distilled in Pommard in our own still.

This authentic and traditional drink was once the harvesters’ companion, offering the comfort of natural grape sweetness and the strength of eau-de-vie after a long day of work.

Ratafia exists in various forms across all French wine regions, but it has unfortunately almost fallen into obscurity.
