Here, the European Union co-finances the creation of the new Alambic Bourguignon distillery.
Among the last producers of AOC Marc and Fine de Bourgogne, we uphold a century-old tradition by distilling grape pomace and wine lees from some of the region’s finest terroirs, within a circular economy approach.
The creation of the new distillery enables us to increase our production and storage capacity, while optimizing workflows, reducing physical strain, and lowering our energy consumption.
Open to the public, this new site is a true showcase of our distilling expertise and a space dedicated to preserving and sharing our living heritage.
