We strive to bottle it as soon as possible.

Nose: The apricot in all its greed. A fine expression of the fruit freshly picked and ripened in the sun.

Palace: A compote, its touch is silky. The maceration of apricots in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay brandy gives it great aromatic finesse. The apricot stands out for its greed thanks to its almond weft without being in the sugar.
