PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT
Apricot liqueur from Tain-l'Hermitage. Harvest 2023. Maceration of apricots in brandy of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with the peeled almonds of apricot nuts. Added apricot brandy. Wax cap orange.
TASTING NOTE
The apricot in all its gourmandise. A fine expression of fruit freshly picked and ripened in the sun. The palate is compote, its touch is silky. The maceration of apricots in brandy of Pinot noir and Chardonnay gives it a great aromatic finesse. The apricot is distinguished by its gluttony thanks to its almond texture without being in sugar.
