Very Old Fine de Bourgogne AOC, Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée “Vieille Fine de Bourgogne.”

Eau-de-vie made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine lees, 100% Burgundy origin.

Aged for 8 years in small Burgundy oak barrels. Finished in Cognac casks.
Steam distillation.

Unfiltered to preserve the full integrity of its aromas; natural sediment may be present.
