Addition of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Burgundy

steam distilled in our small copper still.

3 months of minimum rest in stainless steel tanks.

• Nose: Rich and nuanced, juniper spicy, ginger and lemongrass, then a pleasant bouquet of citrus and a final with wine notes.
• Palate: The Gin offers an attack of botanical aromas, fresh and fruity with a hint of spices.
• Final: Beautiful wine roundness and long mouth.
