Maceration of juniper berries and 14 other plants
Aromatic in a grain alcohol from the lands of France. Addition of eaux-de-vie from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir de Bourgogne. 3 months of rest in stainless steel tank. Cap of wax laid by hand, blue color.
Tasting notes
Rich and nuanced nose, juniper spiced by spices, ginger and lemongrass, then a pleasant bouquet of citrus and a finish with wine notes. On the palate, SAB’s Gin offers a fresh and fruity botanical aroma with a hint of spice. Beautiful round wine and long mouth. The wine nobility of SAB’s Gin is expressed in pure tasting but also in cocktails.

3 mois de repos minimum en cuve d’inox.
