Very old Fine de Bourgogne aged for 9 years in small Burgundy oak barrels (ex-Chardonnay).

2nd Fill Peated Islay Bourbon Cask Finish edition. Cask strength.

Steam distillation.

• Nose: Rich in peat and dark chocolate, with notes of pear, tarragon, green curry, cigar, and peppermint, evolving into hints of vanilla and long pepper.
• Palate: Intensely peated, with notes of toasted almond, pear, and citrus, developing into an ashy character.
• Finish: Long and persistent, with smoky, peaty, and fruity notes.
• Empty glass: Peat, mustard seed, sesame, vinous hints, and fresh walnut.

À servir pur, à température ambiante, pour révéler toute sa complexité.

Idéale avec un chocolat noir intense ou pour les amateurs de profils tourbés.
